Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years experience in the role test manager
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams in a multi location and multi-cultural environment
- Stress resistant and ability to multi-task
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Exposure to a formal development methodology (preferably Agile, Continuous Integration, TDD)
- Experience in using HPQC for end to end test management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in investment banking (knowledge of IB products)
- Knowledge of regulations (EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID, FATCA, FTT, etc.)
- Test automation using HPQC, HP UFT and/or Cucumber
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and requirements analysis techniques
- Experience with Java, Websphere, Oracle based projects
- Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills
